There are many small but important details that you should be aware of
when buying a new home.  Choosing a community, lot and floor plan is
just the beginning. 

When choosing the community, do you know what will be built in and
around that community in the future?  When choosing the lot, do you
know exactly where the home will be placed, which side the driveway or garage will be on, are there public or private utilities, how will the lot be graded to drain water away?  When choosing the model, which one gives
you the most value not just square footage, what are the differences in elavations, what is standard and which options are a must and which
options should you avoid?
